Zoetis Celebration of Movement –
Virtual Move-a-Thon Instructions
Thank you for signing up for the Zoetis Celebration of Movement Virtual Move-a-Thon!!!
Here are the instructions to follow:
1st - Fill out this form to let us know your goal using this link. You will also see questions asking for photos or your minutes. Skip these questions if you have not started your Move-a-Thon and enter Submit. You can use this form to update your progress as many times as you want between Feb. 14 and March 17th.
2nd - Download your bib! Click this link for a printable bib. You must download it to customize the number. This will print on any printer and you can customize your number. Once printed, cut it out and pin it on. It helps to put a piece of clear tape in the areas of the holes prior to pinning.
3rd - Track your progress and Enter to Win. You can submit your progress, pictures and videos 2 ways:
Use the form from step #1 above (and we will upload to Facebook for you) or
Post directly to Facebook. For more specific instructions, see below.
4th - Let your friends and colleagues know to go to Veterinary Orthopedic Society Facebook page under the “community” tab and “like” your pictures and videos. The pictures and videos with the most “likes” will earn valuable prizes (e.g. future VOS registration, swag, gift cards). Photo or video entry are limited to twice per day for each category between Feb. 14th and March 17th. Check this site to see how we are reaching the total goal for VOS.
To report your minutes, choose one of the 2 methods below:
Method 1 - Google Form (accepts pictures, video, and progress). These will be transferred to Facebook by a VOS volunteer. Click here to submit progress using this method.
Method 2 - Direct to the VOS Facebook page (accepts pictures, videos, and progress). You can simply type your progress by clicking the “Create Post” box (red circle) and adding a picture or video by clicking on the green media icon (fat red arrows).
Post your new progress since your last post so we don’t double count activity that has already occurred. For general instructions on uploading pictures and video go to https://www.wikihow.com/Upload-Pictures-to-Facebook
You can access the VOS Facebook page via the link above or by typing @veterinary orthopedic society in the “What’s on Your Mind” box on your Facebook feed.
If you use an activity app, you will likely be able to share from that app directly to Facebook. Please use @veterinary orthopedic society to make sure it gets posted in the correct place. You could also screenshot your progress on your activity app and upload it to the VOS Facebook page.
Please avoid profanity or content inappropriate for a G-rated audience.
